Who ships your products?
All Divide "N" Cut products are shipped via Standard USPS mail delivery. At this time, there is no option for other delivery methods. If urgent shipping is necessary, contact us for options and shipping costs.
Where do your products ship from?
We currently only ship from one distribution center in Richmond, Texas.
I've paid, how fast can I get my product shipped to me?
Once your payment is posted to our account (usually within 24-48 hours), your product will be shipped to you. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, however, expect 7-10 business days for delivery.
My product hasn't arrived yet, help!
Please contact us AFTER 10 business days if your product has not arrived. We will submit a tracking ticket to our distribution center for resolution.
My product arrived, but it is damaged. What are my options?

Do you ship overseas?
No. Our system is not set up to ship overseas as of this time. We only ship to the United States. We will consider shipping out of the United States with a minimum order. Please contact us with your inquiry and we will send you a quotation.
Can I pay for the product, but ship to someone else?
Yes. Our system allows you to use your credit card information and ship to a different location. You will have to provide the alternative location to ship. In addition, there is an option to put a greeting on the shipping ticket.
