What is your Return Policy?

New (unopened) merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason. Used (opened) merchandise may not be returned unless both the packaging and merchandise are in new and resalable condition. Subject to approval and re-stocking fees described below, a refund or store credit will be issued if received by Divide “N” Cut in good condition within 30 days of delivery.


Prior authorization is required. A "Return Merchandise Authorization " code (RMA) will be issued provided an e-mail request is received within 10 days of delivery. The RMA code is valid for 14 days and must be written clearly on the box. The return must be received by Divide “N” Cut within 30 days of delivery.


You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. Shipping costs are not refundable except when the return resulted from our error.


What if my Product is Damaged or Defective?

If box is damaged and the shipper is present, open and check the merchandise. Ensure any damage is documented on your receipt. Sometimes the damage is concealed (e.g. broken peg). In either case, notify us immediately via e-mail. We will provide instructions within 1 business day. The shipper may want to examine or retrieve the merchandise prior to paying a claim, so please do not discard the box or merchandise.


Do you have Restocking Fees on a Return?

Re-stocking fees of 15%-25% are charged to offset the cost of packing, unpacking, credit card transaction fees and in some cases the condition of the returned merchandise. You may request a store credit or refund for merchandise returned timely with a valid RMA code. Shipping charges are not refundable.


New (Unopened) - store credit for full cost, or refund for cost of item(s) minus 20% re-stocking fee.


Used (Opened) new and resalable - store credit or refund for cost of item(s) minus 20% re-stocking fee.


Used and not resalable – no returns.


Defective – exchange, store credit for full cost, or refund for full cost less shipping charges.


What is your Order Cancellation Policy?

Orders may be cancelled without cost any time prior to shipment. If the merchandise already shipped you are responsible for all shipping costs and re-stocking fees.


What do I need to do to Return my Merchandise? (Return Merchandise Procedure)

E-mail your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA) to returns@dividencut.com. Include your name, order number & reason. Return shipping instructions will be provided with the RMA code. After a return is authorized:


Attach the "RMA code" to the side of the box on or near the shipping label.


If unopened, attach a note explaining the reason for return to the box with clear tape. If opened, insert explanation inside the box.


Return the item(s) via FedEx, UPS , DHL Ground or USPS Priority Mail to the Texas address provided with the RMA. Shipping to the wrong address or without a RMA code may result in delays and/or a smaller refund/credit.


Retain proof of shipment in the event the returned merchandise is not received by Divide “N” Cut.


Shippers may provide free insurance for loss or damage during shipment up to $100. Consider additional insurance coverage for merchandise valued in excess of the free limit as Divide “N” Cut is not liable for merchandise that arrives damaged or is not received by our Return Department.


We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the return.
